Ordered wrong size or color?
Not a problem. Within Germany you can return the item(s) for free with the included return label. Please complete the enclosed return form and attach it to the parcel.

Important for all Returns:
The item(s) and the shoebox(es) have to be in their original condition. Please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Once your Return has reached our warehouse and has been prodessed, we will refund your money the same way of your initial order or in case of an exchange request, we will send out the desired item, if it is in stock.

You have ordered online and want to return the item(s) in our shop?
No problem within 14 days. The item(s) have to be in their original condition. Shop opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 11am - 8pm

Return from abroad:
Please note, we cannot refund the shipping costs from abroad. The Return is on your own responsibility. Please mark your shipment as Return to Sender and set the value at zero.

You did NOT get a RETURN LABEL or you want an EXCHANGE?

Register the return or your exchange request here.
- In case of a return request within Germany we will send you a new return label by e-Mail asap, that you can print out and stick on your parcel.
- In case of an exchange request, we reserve the desired article for you - if this is on stock - and inform you by e-Mail.

Please fill in all required information fields and point out which item(s) shall be sent back.
For an exchange, please let us know your desired article(s).
